If you haven’t found the Steampunk style yet, it’s certainty worth checking out.

I bought a pair of steampunk cufflinks and got some great compliments on them. they are very subtle in their display, and when people take a closer look, they are mesmerized by my cuffs. The perfect cufflinks for that added flair!

Made from workings of clocks, watches and timepieces, the intricate gears make for the perfect cufflink presentation.

Here is an example of Steampunk cufflinks from the RIvkasMom store on Etsy.com

This time, my favorite cuff links are a pair that I found while traveling in Black Hills, South Dakota. Made from Black Hills gold, which is crafted with distinctive pink and green shades of gold, these go with practically any suit or shirt. They have just enough subtlety and glimmer to round out a conservative suit, yet also show some very distinctive brilliance.

One of my favorites, I bought two pairs of cuff links from Landstroms Jewelers, which is THE Black Hills gold outlet. But I have since found out that they are no longer manufacturing cuff links. You may find them in some of the stores or on eBay, but they are very hard to find.

My favorite cuff links

my links

These have to be my favorite pair of links. They also tend to get noticed more than any others. Amazingly, I found them in a jewelry shop in town that specializes in estate sales. I was looking through the current estate cuff links and nothing really grabbed my attention. The owner brought out a box with a mix of “other” links that were in the same sale, but were not gold or precious stones.

Within minutes of going through the box, I knew I had found a few pairs that I liked, and these were the first ones that I found. They aren’t real gold (that I know of), and the end points are blue glass, but they look amazing. I love the deco look and I’ve not seen anything similar to these in years. All for only $35. Sometimes the simplest things are the best.
